In the first model of ERP, there were applications for each section its own in an operation. There was no other system interfaces.   2. Process Assessment is the second important stage of the project. With this stage, guiding properties of the application are examined, business processes are defined and the standard operating procedures are formed.
  3. Data Collecting & Cleansing is the helping way for determining to new information needed for commissioning the application and replacing with the old ones. For the accuracy and integrity of the determined data, at this stage the worthless / unnecessary information is removed from the system.
  4. Training & Test helps for training the users and also commissioning the application by ERP logic. Entire database is tested and the project team is confirmed by testing formats and process more than one. At this stage, the comprehensive training for all users about the operation of the ERP system.

Use & Assessment is the last stage of ERP application process. By commissioning the application of ERP system, for correcting any mistake the project team controls the system regularly.
