ProjeIn “Unilever Holding Automation of Service Fees Project”, every facility has its own unique shift rules which are incorporated in the database at the Istanbul Headquarters of the holding. Real-time flow of in/out information, from the PDKS systems at the production facilities to the main database is made possible by our systems. LOGIN HR Shift Management Module is used to prepare working models for holding businesses and to pair the collected data with the models to create shift scores. These scores are automatically transferred to the payrolls. In LOGIN HR Shift Management System, the shift rule adjusting ability prevents the system to be changed altogether in case of any change in rules in Unilever Holding operations. Rules of shift models are definable by the user which makes any intervention easy, and also is an advantage in documentation and costs of improvement. The first thing to do was to identify the facilities and locations to create an organization map. Later, access privileges to different users were identified. The privileges were identified in LOGIN HR Human Resources Management System’s Privacy Management module. Registry information and cycle numbers were collected from old databases and transferred to LOGIN HR Human Resources Management System. In this stage of the project, details such as registers’ term assistance, interruption, Special exemption from insurance advances, credit, etc. were processed. Unilever meets the health expenses itself and, payment and payroll integration modules were developed by them. Another step was the identification of the unions to the system and determination of the difference payroll. The last step was to provide integration with the accounting system. Accrued payroll information was transferred to the company’s accounting system from LOGIN HR Shift Management System. |
