En-ERP 40 has been Launched at The Istanbul University

Fortieth of  En-ERP® events launched through the joint forces of Login Software and Endüstri Mühendisliğim Platform as  "En-ERP® 40" under the motto "There Will Be No Industrial Engineering Students Left who Graduate before Seeing ERP Software" was held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in İstanbul University under the leadership of Industry and Quality Club of the university.

The event witnessed broad participation thanks to devoted efforts of the Head of İstanbul University Industry and Quality Club Buse ŞENVARDAR, Co-chairman of Education Seminar Commission Zehra AŞÇIOĞLU and the club members. IT Manager of Eren Holding Hasan Bartınlı made a speech. He shared his work experiences with students as well as making an exhaustive presentation about ERP concept, the modules of ERP and their reflections in enterprises. Besides, he showed examples of the purchasing processes of Eren Holding via Login ERP screens.

Following the presentation of Hasan Bartınlı, Business Solutions Executive of Login Yazılım Ahmet Savaş Göktürk gave information regarding the work processes of an enterprise in manufacturing industry which comprise the entry of raw materials, packaging, storage and shipping, to students in his presentation containing special photos. Later, he talked about the whole work flow from order placement to production, including variable order entry, order approval process, purchasing, production planning, product trees, job orders, work stations, operations and routes, using Login ERP® software. Live demo of Login ERP® was followed by the speech of Ahmet Savaş Göktürk on several topics such as Business Intelligence (BI) and definition, functions and importance of BI. In his presentation, he indicated real dashboard screens in fields of Order, Order Detail, Invoice, Accounting and Cluster Analysis to the students as well.

Ahmet Savaş Göktürk organized two exams for students after the demos shown through ERP and BI. Students attended the exams, using their smart phones. Thus, Göktürk made a good impression on the students who listened to him carefully by the end of the presentation. He received the reports of both exams transiently from the system and started the preparation process of Achievement Certificates for the students who scored at least 70 points in both exams.

At the end of the event, Hasan Bartınlı and Ahmet Savaş Göktürk were awarded plaques of TEMA (The Turkish Foundation for Combating Soil Erosion) Turkish Foundation for Combating Erosion Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Habitats for the saplings which were donated in the name of the spokesmen under the organization of İstanbul University Industry and Quality Club.
